In order for a NH Charity to participate in “Games of Chance” in the state of New Hampshire, they must satisfy the Requirements of the NH Racing and Charitable Gaming Commission. The charitable group must have been registered with the NH Secretary of State and the NH Charitable Trust Division of the Attorney General's office for at least two years.

Racing and Charitable Gaming is a division of the NH Lottery Commission. It regulates Live Horse Racing, and Simulcast Horse and Greyhound Racing in New Hampshire under RSA 284, Games of Chance Regulations under RSA 287-D, and Bingo and Lucky 7 Regulations under RSA 287-E.
